By using hosting services provided by JIJ Web Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We provide web hosting, domain management, WordPress support, and related web infrastructure services as described in your selected plan. Service availability is subject to our infrastructure provider's uptime guarantees.
Services are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual plans are paid upfront. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spamming, distributing malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws or our infrastructure provider's acceptable use policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your services.
Jij web solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
