Verification comes first
Organizations apply through the nonprofit program and provide legal proof of their status. Applications are reviewed before approval; submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance.
Provide clear organization details and the requested supporting information so the review can be completed accurately. Verification documents are handled through the private application process, rather than posted publicly. Uploaded copies are retained for 90 days after a final decision under the program’s document-retention policy.
Understand what hosting covers
Hosting provides the environment for a supported website. It is separate from designing and building the website, registering a domain, paid software, custom development or ongoing content work unless those items are expressly included in an agreed scope.
