Your care plan keeps the website supported after launch. You supply approved news, race information, logos and photos; JIJ handles the agreed updates.
A managed foundation
Website hosting, SSL setup, uptime checks, software maintenance where applicable, scheduled backups and recovery assistance. Your proposal confirms capacity and backup retention.
Useful update time
Use the included monthly allowance for supplied schedule changes, results, sponsor swaps, news and photo additions. Time does not roll over. Larger work is quoted first.
A clear boundary
New features, redesigns, original reporting, race photography, social media management, advertising and third-party platform fees are separate. Extra approved work is $95/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

to a proper launch.

Is hosting included, or do I buy another hosting plan?
Hosting is included in the care price shown. You do not need a second JIJ hosting plan for the package website. Domain registration and renewals, email services and paid third-party tools are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
How do the build payment and care billing work?
The standard build payment schedule is 50% to begin and 50% before launch, unless your proposal provides another approved arrangement. Hosting and care billing start at launch. Monthly care renews monthly; annual care is paid upfront for 12 months at the listed annual price. The build fee is separate and is not charged again at renewal.
What is included in the design and launch?
Custom visual direction based on your racing identity, the core pages and features listed for your package, mobile-responsive layouts, basic page titles and descriptions, contact-form setup, two consolidated design revision rounds and launch assistance. You supply rights-cleared logos, photography and approved content. Original copywriting and large archive migrations are scoped separately.
Can I update the website myself?
We agree on the editing workflow during scoping. A content-managed build can include training for the agreed editing tools. If you prefer managed updates, send your approved changes through the client workspace and use your care allowance.
What happens during the off-season?
The website, hosting and care continue year-round. Your schedule, sponsor information and racing history remain available between seasons. A pause or archive-only arrangement requires a separate quote; the published packages do not automatically become free in the off-season.
Can I move the website later?
Once the build is paid in full, you can request a handoff of the paid-for project files and client-owned content. Third-party licenses and vendor accounts remain subject to their own terms. Hosting cancellation, refunds and transfer arrangements follow your written agreement and JIJ policies.
Does this guarantee sponsorships, ticket sales or search rankings?
No. We build a professional platform that makes your program and information easier to present. Sponsorships, sales, attendance and search positions depend on factors beyond a website and are not guaranteed.
