Review Process
JIJ may review the complaint, contact the client, remove or disable access to content, or request additional information depending on the situation.
Counter Notices
A client who believes content was removed by mistake may submit a response with identifying information, the material at issue, and a statement explaining the basis for the objection.
Repeat Issues
Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright violations may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

DMCA or copyright-related messages should be sent through the contact page or support channel with enough detail to identify the material.
