JIJ may issue or store documents related to hosting ownership, developer handoffs, contracts, invoices, or support records.

What Can Be Verified

Ownership transfer submissions, developer/client signatures, contracts, invoices, technical handoff notes, and other account documents can be reviewed against the records stored in the client portal.

Why Verification Matters

Website ownership and hosting billing can become confusing when a developer originally created the account. Verification helps confirm who controls the account and what was agreed.

How to Request Review

Contact JIJ or open a portal ticket with the document title, domain, client email, and any verification code or transfer code shown on the document.

Privacy and Access

JIJ will only discuss account-sensitive documents with authorized parties or people who can reasonably verify their relationship to the account.

Record Keeping

Clients are encouraged to keep copies of ownership, billing, and domain records so future handoffs are easier.
