Getting Started

New hosting clients should begin by choosing a plan, completing Stripe checkout, watching for the provisioning email, and setting domain nameservers to ns1.jijweb.com and ns2.jijweb.com.

cPanel Basics

cPanel is where clients can manage files, databases, email accounts, redirects, SSL tools, and other hosting features. JIJ can provide guidance when a setting is unfamiliar or account-specific.

DNS and Nameservers

Nameservers decide which DNS zone controls a domain. For JIJ-hosted sites, clients are instructed to use ns1.jijweb.com and ns2.jijweb.com unless a custom DNS arrangement has been planned.

Billing and Stripe

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. JIJ does not store card details on the website. Invoices and payment history are available from the client portal.

Support Requests

The fastest support requests include a domain, account email, exact error message, screenshots, and a short description of recent changes.
