Refund Policy

JIJ aims to be clear about billing before work begins and before hosting services are provisioned.

Hosting Payments

Hosting payments cover account setup, access to server resources, support, and ongoing availability. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, timing, usage, and whether provisioning or support work has already occurred.

Domain Services

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are often non-refundable once submitted to the registrar because registrar actions may be final.

Development Work

Custom design, development, migration, repair, and consulting work is generally billed for time, expertise, and deliverables already performed. Deposits or completed milestones may not be refundable.

Billing Errors

If a duplicate charge, wrong amount, or processing error occurs, contact JIJ promptly so the account and payment record can be reviewed.

Cancellations

Cancelling a service stops future work or renewal according to the billing arrangement. It does not automatically refund past service periods or completed work.
